Returns Policy

Physical Products:

Returns will be accepted for defective product only (CDs, Vinyl). Returns will only be accepted within thirty days of the purchase date. We will replace any defective product with another copy of the same title. If another copy of the defective product is not currently available, we will replace the defective product with any combination of other product(s) in our store of your choosing, of equal or lesser value. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you believe you have received a defective product, please contact us at sales@tuffcity.com and we will issue a return authorization.

Digital Downloads:

All digital downloads are sold as-is. No returns are accepted for digital downloads.
