The Willie Tee album Teasin' You balances Wardel Quezerque's productions with the unique talents of Willie Tee, whose style is a singular mix of jazz and R&B, and with the compositions of the great Earl King. While the title track "Teasin' You" has become a New Orleans golden oldie, this big body of work is as little known as it is excellent throughout. The CD also includes Tee's outstanding subsequent productions for his own Gatur label, all of which showcases Tee's too-cool-for-you persona.
